If for any reason you feel the service you have received is not satisfactory , you should contact us to obtain a copy of our complaint handling leaflet.This leaflet will explain how to make a formal complaint , and outline our procedures for handling your complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
